More than 24 hours before departure: full refund. Within 24 hours: non-refundable. No-show: non-refundable.

Weather and sea conditions

The skipper has final authority regarding safe operating conditions. If FBOA decides that conditions are unsafe, the normal procedure is to move the booking to a safe time later the same day, move it to the next suitable available day, or retain the booking value as FBOA credit for a future trip.

An FBOA weather decision is separate from a customer cancellation. If conditions change after departure, the skipper may alter the route, activity or timing, or return to harbour for safety. Nothing in this policy removes applicable statutory rights.
